Wow!  I am surprised at how comprehensive the plan is.   I think it sounds great.  I agree that we don't have enough modern equipment.  I also agree that it is important to stay current with technology.  How will the district deal with how fast technology changes?  I think if this plan is to work, we will need many more IT personnel to service the technology.
